Our web store has a 7-day return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Any returned merchandise without prior written communication will not be accepted.

All items approved for return must be in brand new, unworn condition and accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days from the purchase date.
Items with removed, missing, or damaged tags or packaging, visible signs of wear, or items that cannot be resold due to use or partial consumption may be restricted from return or exchange.
Goods are dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped via CJ Logistics. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track your shipment on cjlogistics.com.
Refunds
All refunds are processed only after the return has been approved and completed by our team. The actual refund timeline may vary depending on your payment provider's policies. Typically, refunds are credited within 10 business days after processing.
Return shipping costs (6,000 KRW round trip) are the customer's responsibility for change of mind returns. If the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, return shipping is fully covered by DELTIC.
Incorrect Delivery & Damaged Items
Upon receiving your order, please check the packaging, contents, and order details. If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact cs@deltic.co.kr immediately with clear photos for verification. Your request will be reviewed and processed as a refund or exchange based on the inspection results.

환불 안내
모든 환불은 반품 승인 및 검수 완료 이후 진행됩니다. 카드사 또는 결제 대행사 정책에 따라 처리 기간이 다를 수 있으며, 일반적으로 검수 완료 후 10 영업일 이내 환불됩니다.
단순 변심으로 인한 반품 시 왕복 배송비(6,000원)는 고객 부담입니다. 오배송 또는 불량품의 경우 반품 배송비는 DELTIC이 전액 부담합니다.

Korea Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via CJ Logistics, providing fast and reliable delivery service.
· Shipping fee: Free on all orders. Additional charges may apply for Jeju Island and remote areas.
· Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
· Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
· Same-day dispatch cutoff: Orders completed before 12:00 PM on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.
